January 16, 2026 — The Cyclists’ Alliance (TCA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ramona Gyorfi as its new Member Coordinator, strengthening the organisation’s commitment to supporting female professional cyclists through advocacy, education, and support services.
Ramona was nationally competitive as a junior female soccer player, and brings a background in sport psychology and athlete support, with experience spanning high-performance environments as well as membership and programme management. Her work has consistently focused on supporting athletes in both performance and well-being.
In her role as Member Coordinator, Ramona will support The Cyclists’ Alliance rider members, enhance engagement, and contribute to strengthening TCA’s global community.
“I am incredibly excited to join The Cyclists’ Alliance,” said Gyorfi. “As a Sport Psychologist and former collegiate soccer player, my focus has always been centered on the intersection of high performance and athlete well-being. While I am a recent convert to road cycling, my fascination with the unique demands the sport requires is what drives me to learn more, and I believe this outsider’s curiosity allows me to bring a fresh, objective perspective to TCA. I look forward to using my background in psychology with my previous work experiences in membership and program management to support our rider members and strengthen the community.”
The Cyclists’ Alliance continues to expand its team to better represent and advocate for cyclists worldwide, and Ramona’s appointment reflects its ongoing commitment to athlete-centered leadership.
