From October until late spring, The Cyclists’ Alliance will be hosting webinars every month on key topics to help maximise your health, wealth and performance for 2026 and beyond. The webinar promoted above is the first in the series.
We have worked closely with our Rider Council and with subject-matter experts to create a programme which provides you with latest, science-backed information on the topics that matter most, including:
- Menstrual cycle
- Fuelling for health and performance
- Concussion
- Making the most of your income: Budgeting and understanding taxes, optimising your exchange rate, and investing for your future
- Pelvic, perineal and vulvar health
- Sleep optimisation
- Heat training and acclimation for health and performance
- Mental health and wellbeing
Our speakers range from researchers at leading universities, to well-seasoned professionals working with national federations and World Tour teams. At every step, we have chosen to work with experts who understand the world of women’s professional sport.
For the first time, we will also be making several of our webinars available to non-rider supporter members. These will be run as separate webinars. Anyone is eligible to sign up as a supporter today, whether you are a team staff member, a fan, a coach, or a keen amateur cyclist.
Supporter membership of €35 entitles you to one supporter webinar per annum.
Supporter membership of €60 entitles you to attend all webinars available to supporters.
So far, we have confirmed two webinars specifically for supporters (Fuelling and Concussion), and we will confirm more for 2026 in the coming months.
As a reminder, to be eligible for rider membership to The Cyclists’ Alliance, you must be an adult female UCI registered rider who has a racing license and currently competes in or are looking to compete in UCI sanctioned events.
