The Cyclists’ Alliance (TCA) is excited to announce that the 2026 TCA Mentor Programme (TCAMP) is now accepting applications for both mentors and mentees.
For potential mentees, this is a unique opportunity to gain mentorship, develop their skills, and further develop their professional careers.
For potential mentors, this is also an opportunity to learn, develop, expand your network and give back to the cycling community.
“We aim to equip participants with the tools, insights, and connections to thrive in the ever-changing world of professional cycling, guided by incredible mentors who turn every challenge into an opportunity to grow. Every new applicant brings fresh ideas and enthusiasm, and we’re excited to see how the next generation will learn, grow, and shape the future.” – Roos Hoogeboom, TCAMP Programme Manager
