Reflect, Celebrate, and Grow: A Year of Transformation with TCAMP Pre-Career Program

December 7th, 2024 – The Cyclists' Alliance proudly concludes another transformative year of TCAMP Pre-Career Program, made possible by the support of our partners, Strava and Zwift. Designed to mentor and empower aspiring riders, the 2024 cohort recently gathered for their final seminar—a moment to reflect on their progress, celebrate their achievements, and prepare for the road ahead.

This year’s program brought together 15 young athletes from nine countries across four continents, equipping them with essential skills, self-confidence, and a strong sense of community. The program featured monthly seminars, one-on-one sessions, and guidance through individual development plans, all tailored to prepare riders for the demands of professional cycling.
